... for your singing pleasure The Music Technology Workshop of the Synchrono Conservatory of Thessaloniki (teacher: Pavlos Aznaourides), begins it's courses this October.
You can record your voice singing one of the songs on our site, send it to us in mp3, and we will send it back to you mixed with the music, as if you were the original singer. We can also post it on our site for others to listen, if you wish. INSTRUCTIONS: • Make sure to connect a pair of headphones and a microphone to the soundcard of your computer. • Chose one of the karaoke songs on our site. • Wear your headphones and record your voice with the microphone, while you listen to the song through the headphones. The important thing is to clearly record your singing (your voice) alone, and not the music. • If you have no special knowledge or software for a simple voice recording with a microphone, in your computer, just use "windows recording" in: programs \accessories \entertainment\ recording. • Convert the file you will get after the recording in mp3 (there are some free mp3 converters on the internet) and send it to us via email. • In case you don't have or cannot connect a microphone to your soundcard, you can record (again just your voice) with an mp3 player-recorder, and send us that file. It is kind of obvious that the better the microphone and soundcard that you use, the better the sound of the final song will be. If you have any other problems, don't hesitate to email us.
